Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy: Advance Booking: To ensure availability, we recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours in advance. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability. Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email or text message. Please review your confirmation details for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the fare. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the pick-up time will be charged the full fare. Cancellation by Let's Ride Georgia Transport: In the rare event that we need to cancel your ride, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or reschedule the ride at no additional cost. 3. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling by Customer: You may reschedule your ride without any fees if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the pick-up time is subject to availability and may incur a fee of $75.Rescheduling by Let's Ride Georgia Transport: If we need to reschedule your ride due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and offer you a new time that is convenient for you.4. Payment Policy: Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of the service. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made by our policy will be processed within 5-7 business days.5. Service Guarantee: Punctuality: We strive to provide timely pick-up and drop-off services. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you immediately and make alternative arrangements if necessary.Safety: Your safety is our top priority. All our vehicles are regularly maintained, and our drivers are trained to adhere to the highest safety standards.Escort Services: For customers requiring additional assistance, we offer optional escorted services. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require this service.6.
